In addition to uploading individual documents, in impact, you also have the option of uploading several documents at the same time.
You have two options for creating a new document folder:
- Via the "Process" tab:
- First, select the relevant measure in the program tree.
- Click on the tab "Process", then go to the Degree of Implementation (DoI 1, DoI 4 or DoI 5) and click on the term Documents.
- You will be redirected to the "Documents" tab. First select either the top row (measure) or an already created document folder.
- Click on the "+" symbol in the left drop-down menu and select "Upload multiple files simultaneously".
- Select the desired documents via the Explorer and upload them. impact creates an individual document row for each document.
- Assign a name to each document ("Name" column).
- Via the "Documents" tab:
- First, select the relevant measure in the program tree.
- Click on the "Documents" tab. Then proceed in the same way as described above for no. 1.
Note:
Uploading documents should always be done at the measure level. impact nevertheless allows you to do this at all other program tree levels as well.
