Using the search function in impact, you can quickly and easily navigate to a desired program tree element (measures, measure packages, and programs) – this is particulary helpful for large measure programs.
To do so, first click on the magnifying glass icon ( ) in the navigation bar. A search field opens. Enter the title or part of the title of the program tree element you are looking for. With each letter you enter, impact automatically suggests all the program tree elements in a list that match your input.
Click on the desired suggestion from the list that opens. You will be navigated directly to the corresponding program tree element.
Further, you can perform different search settings: Search for exact term, search for shortcuts, search only within the selected program tree element, and select the order of the results.
