Establishing a regular Status Report cycle supports the successful implementation of your program and ensures close monitoring of implementation. Responsible persons are given the opportunity to present positive results and to report on deviations and existing risks. A compelling coordination within the team and between all those involved in the process, as well as transparent reporting, are essential to ensure achievement of goals. Need for action to derive countermeasures can be quickly identified and initiated.
impact supports you in the efficient creation of Status Reports. Status Reports can be created and submitted at all program levels (from program to measure) via the "Status Report" tab. Status Reports are usually created at the measure level and then validated by the level above. This process is repeated cascading up to the program level.
To prepare presentations, such as for a steering committee, impact allows you to generate automated reports via the "Slides and Evaluations" module. Data input for the reports is generated by the previously sent Status Reports.
The coordination cycle between program organisation and program management can vary between daily and quarterly. As a rule, it is recommended to establish a monthly coordination so that individual teams can work efficiently on the topics before the work results are reported to e.g. a steering committee.
