In impact, the program tree represents your overall program and gives you a transparent overview of the current status and progress. Since a program environment can develop very dynamically, in impact you can continuously and flexibly adapt an initially created structure to new circumstances.
You can extend and change the structure as you wish using the editing bar above the program tree. Adjustments are usually made by the PMO or the administrators, but this is also possible for responsible persons to a certain extent.
The editing bar offers you the following options:
Inserting a new element below the selected program tree element
Rename the selected item
Permanently remove the selected program tree element and the elements below it
Cut element
Copy element
Insert element
Update the entire program tree
Using the editing bar, you can perform the following operations:
- Creation of a new program structure
- Creation of a project measure packages or measure
- Renaming elements
- Move elements
- Copies of elements
- Delete elements
