The rights and roles concept of impact offers six different user roles that can be assigned to users. The user roles determine the access and editing rights as well as the available functions.
User roles are assigned to users by administrators or the PMO. This is done either via the User Administration or the “Staffing” tab.
1. |
Administrator: |
Has extensive rights, especially for system and structure maintenance |
2. |
Project Office (PMO): |
Superordinate, coordinating body, e.g. for aggregation of Status Reports and reporting |
3. |
Responsible Person: |
Responsible for a program, project and measure packages, depending on the assignment, as well as the regular submission of Status Reports to the next higher program level |
4. |
Measure owner: |
Responsible for the detailing and implementation of measures and regular submission of status reports |
5. |
Controlling: |
Has editing rights and assists in the calculation, validation and update of the measure potentials |
6. |
Guest: |

Furthermore, representatives can be appointed for each program element via the “Profile Overview” or the “Staffing” tab. Representatives do not receive automated process emails. Therefore, internal communication or respectively forwarding should be agreed upon.
An overview of the read and write permissions defined for each user role can be provided by the PMO on request.
