Once a Status Report has been created and submitted for a specific level in the program tree, this element is locked for further editing until further notice. A locked element is marked with a lock symbol ( and
) in the program tree. Unlocked elements are marked with this symbol (
). The PMO can manually lock and unlock the editing of status reports.
Proceed as follows for this:
- Switch to the AppMod “PMO“ in the Area Selection, select the desired element in the program tree and click on the “Administration“ tab.
- You can click By clicking the respective buttons in the status report section, you can reset the status report for all elements with the status "actice-sent" (
), lock active elements (
) or unlock locked elements (
). Additionally you can view and change the status of the selected and subordinate elements in the dropdown (
).
