Impact provides an automated process of sending reminders for the submission of status reports by the respective responsible persons. For this purpose, as an administrator or PMO you can define up to three times for sending the reminder messages via email to all responsible persons with open status reports. The email contains a list of all open status reports with due date and link to the relevant program tree element.The due date and the date for sending the reminder emails can be adjusted by the administrator or PMO from one reporting cycle to another.
To activate the automated delivery of the reminder emails, proceed as follows:
- Switch to the AppMod "PMO" via the area selection.
- Select the corresponding element in the program tree.
- Click on the tab "Administration".
- Within the Status report reminder area, you can set the date of the next status report and up to three reminder times.
