Creating a reporting period

In the PMO role, you can individually define for each Status Report its reporting period over which the implementation of the desired outline level should be presented. To do this, you should perform the following steps:

1. Switch to the  AppMod "PMO" in the Area Selection.
2. Select the desired element level in the program tree and click the "Administration" tab.
3. Navigate to the section "Status light logic - Potential".
4. Here you can define the current reporting period under YTD Start / YTD End and Start Year / End project.

Note: It is recommended to apply the same reporting period logic throughout a program.
