impact allows you to use a standardized Profile Overview for your measures. This fosters a consistent understanding of how measures and their key elements shall be defined.
To open and fill in a Profile Overview first choose the respective measure from the program tree and then click on the "Profile Overview" tab.
A Profile Overview of a measure consists of the following:
- Number
ID of the measure, e.g. program#_project#_measurepackage#_measure#
The ID is assigned on the profile and is displayed in the program tree. The ID must be assigned manually.
- Name
Name of the measure (as self-explanatory as possible) - alternative filling directly in the program tree by using the editing bar
- Path
Assignment of the measure in the program tree
- Degree of Implementation
Evaluation of a measure’s progress set automatically based on the Degrees of Implementation (UG0-UG6)
- Responsibilities
Select the responsible person (person responsible for measures) and a corresponding controller from the respective drop-down menu. Furthermore, you can select any number of representatives in the respective drop-down menu (note: representatives do not receive process e-mails). The persons responsible for the measure packages and their representatives are also displayed.
- Assignment (details)
You have up to eight drop-down menus to assign the measure for alternative views (evaluations):

- In basic plan: Is the measure part of a basic plan yes/no?
- Further parameters can be, for example, "organisation", “measure type" or "company".
