As the PMO you can define what persons (users) should be notified during the approval workflow through automatically generated emails. You can select the setting such that settings are stored identically for all measures of the program; alternatively, you can make separate settings for projects, measure packages and measures.
To do this, switch to the AppMod "PMO" in the Area Selection, select the tab "All Lists“, select "Admin Emails" in the white menu bar in the left drop-down menu and make the desired adjustments.
Note: Alternatively, it is recommended to define the systemic email at the beginning of the program with help of FTI-Andersch.
