The logics of the impact status lights are defined by the PMO. The stored logics per status light are applied uniformly on all program levels.
Go to the Area Selection in impact in the upper left space, switch to the AppMod "PMO" and click on the "Administration" tab. You have the option to set the status light logics of the implementation status lights and potential status lights separately.
Implement status lights
Enter the thresholds (in days) for activities and milestones in the fields provided. Mark whether normal or only critical milestones can receive a red status light.
Potential status lights
It is recommended to define a uniform definition of threshold values for the potential status light logic of the program.
Select the relevant account to which the status lights should refer (e.g. Cash, EBITDA, EBIT) and set the desired variance statement between Act/FC vs. plan or Act/FC vs. plan 2.
Enter the Start and End Dates of the potential observation (Creating a reporting period) and determine the potential thresholds for the change of status lights.
