Removing permissions in the program tree

As PMO and administrator, user permissions can be changed:

Remove individual user or group element:

1. Select the program tree element and tab "Authorized" in the AppMod "Impact".
2. Select "Selected Activity" in the top menu.
3. Select the row with the individual user or group element to be removed.
4. Delete the user by clicking on the "x" symbol.

Remove individual users of a group element:

1. If the user in question is authorized via a group element (organisation, user group), switch to the "User Administration" AppMod.
2. There, select the relevant group in the user tree and go to the "Authorized" tab on the right-hand side of the screen.
3. Select the row with the individual user to be removed.
4. Delete the user by clicking on the "x" symbol.
