User accounts are managed in the user administration. In addition to creating individual user accounts, individual users can be grouped into organizations and user groups (grouping elements). Analogous to the program tree in the AppMode “Impact”, a "user tree" is created in the user administration.
Each user account is assigned a profile that controls the visibility of the impact areas ("AppModes"), including Impact (main area), PMO and user administration.
The assignment of user roles (definition of read and write permissions) for individual program tree elements (folders, projects, measure packages, measures) is done via the "Authorized" tab (AppMode “Impact”) of the element concerned.
An overview of the read and write rights defined for each user role can be provided on request by the PMO or FTI-Andersch.
